Administrative Assistant – Shipping

• Will be communicating with shipping companies.
• Needs to be very familiar with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Exel, Word
• Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
• Will be working working with several staff.
• Needs to be familiar with shipping procedures by dispatching for shipping companies.
• Strong skills in data entry – spreadsheets.
• Experience in gas / oil industry as admin is a plus
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
