Responsibilities
The Administrative Specialist performs support functions in multiple areas of the business. Completes, organizes, and coordinates data, information, and activities that ensure operational & financial compliance.
Duties
include Accounts Payable processes, issuing customer credit, key account reconciliation, compiling and managing information, filing, data entry, answering emails and phone calls.
Daily skills needed include:
- Understanding of computer system
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear communication via emails
- Scanning paperwork into a database system
- Verifying system information is correct
Weekly Pay Checks / Temp To Hire / Medical Plans Available
- HS Diploma or GED,
- Two (2) years equivalent work experience.
- Prefer knowledge of operation of office equipment, such as computers and computer software.
- Accounts Payable experience
