Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Description
ProLogistix is in need of a bilingual customer service associate to run the onboarding class at our National Turnpike branch!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Helping associates complete the onboarding process
- Administering drug screens (Oral)
- Completing E-Verify docs
- Assigning pay cards and explaining direct deposit options
- Finalizing applicants
- Keeping onboarding area clean and sanitized
- Assisting associates who come in with questions
- Multitasking, as you could get 10 associates at once, who all need different things
- High stress environment at times
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Lunch-12pm-1pm
Pay: $22-$25 (Could be higher, depending on experience)
*Overtime is a possibility during our peak seasons

Requirements:
