Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

ProLogistix is in need of a bilingual customer service associate to run the onboarding class at our National Turnpike branch!

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Helping associates complete the onboarding process
• Administering drug screens (Oral)
• Completing E-Verify docs
• Assigning pay cards and explaining direct deposit options
• Finalizing applicants
• Keeping onboarding area clean and sanitized
• Assisting associates who come in with questions
• Multitasking, as you could get 10 associates at once, who all need different things
• High stress environment at times

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Lunch-12pm-1pm

Pay: $22-$25 (Could be higher, depending on experience) 

*Overtime is a possibility during our peak seasons
