Customer Service Representative Needed by Hawkins
• $12.00 + DOE
• 1st shift 8AM-5:00PM
• Weekly Pay

JOB SUMMARY:
Will be in charge of answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a customer database of information. As a customer service representative you will be the first point-of contact to our customers. Will need to be well organized and detail oriented
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred
• Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and documents in English and Spanish
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Familiarity with resume databases
