Direct hire positions for printing company in Lebanon Junction, KY (40150). Entry level and skilled positions available in the binding department. 

Bindery Operator 1- Stitcher (Entry Level)

1st shift- $17.02 per hour

2nd & 3rd shift- $18.72 per hour

Bindery Operator 2- Binder/ Polywrapper

1st shift- $18.68 per hour

2nd & 3rd shift- $20.55 per hour

Bindery Operatory 3- Stitcher/Binder

1st shift- $20.92 per hour

2nd & 3rd shift- $23.01 per hour

Light Equipment Operator 2- Cutter/Folder/Tipper (Entry level)

1st shift- $16.08

2nd & 3rd shift- $17.69

Requirements:

• Looking for a long term commitment 
• Excellent attendance history
• Able to pass drug screen
• Able to pass assessments related to positions
• Able to read measuring tape
• Able to work in a noisy environment (ear plugs are mandatory and provided)
• Able to attend an interview and tour the facility, prior to starting work
• Able to attend a 1 day orientation on 1st shift, even if working other shifts
• Willingness to learn in other departments
• Have a desire to grow and move up into different positions in the facility
