In Wilmington
6pm-2:30am, Sunday – Thursday
- Responsible for customer service activities such as:
- responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints and questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
- Office work experience (Emailing, Filing, Scanning, Customer Service, Etc.) and working the shipping and receiving driver’s window servicing the carrier’s drivers with their BOL’s and paperwork
