Job Opening: Forklift Operators Needed. Direct Hire Positions

Direct hire positions for printing company in Lebanon Junction, KY (40150). Clamp truck operator and baler operator positions available in the warehouse side of the facility.

Baler Operator- Forklift experience preferred 

1st shift- $16.08 per hour

2nd & 3rd shift- $17.69 per hour

-Tending machines that shred and/or compresses and binds paper by-products generated from the print manufacturing process to facilitate disposition of the waste materials.

Clamp Truck Operator- Experience preferred

1st shift- $17.00 per hour

2nd & 3rd shift- $18.70 per hour

-Maneuvering 2,000+ pounds with clamp

Requirements:

• Looking for a long term commitment 
• Excellent attendance history
• Able to pass drug screen
• Able to pass assessments related to positions
• Able to read measuring tape
• Able to work in a noisy environment (ear plugs are mandatory and provided)
• Able to attend an interview and tour the facility, prior to starting work
• Able to attend a 1 day orientation on 1st shift, even if working other shifts
• Willingness to learn in other departments
• Have a desire to grow and move up into different positions in the facility
