Hours- Monday through Friday 8:30-5 with a 30 minute lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Taking client orders
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Calling some customers back to ask questions about their order or to confirm shipment date
- Receiving emails from customers that are ordering product
- Process orders by inputting the information into system/software
- Enter dates that the customer wants the product; what the client wants and what to manufacture and when

Qualifications:
- Bakery/ cake manufacturing industry experience preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Bi-Lingual preferred(Spanish Speaking) but not mandatory:
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Multi-tasker, excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
