Job Opening: Accounts Payable

 We are hiring Immediately for an Accounts! Apply today!

Schedule: Schedule – 8AM to 5PM

Description: Work with operations and Corporate Accounts Payable.

Working with our Payment Systems (Poseidon and AX), Excel SOAs, PDF Invoices, emails with our Corporate AP Representatives, our Vendors and Geodis Teammates.

 Backup Receptionist: (When reception is out of the office or on Lunch)

Greet Guest, Visitors and Contractors – check them into our system (Pandora) notify Geodis Teammate(s) their Guest has arrived (usually via Teams) provide a Visitor/Contractor Badge and confirm they have an Escort before entering our Building

Receive mail. Receive DHL / FedEx envelopes and  fill out receipt log.  Receive Packages for Export and fill out TSA form. Notify Teammates that the packages//Envelopes have arrived. Answer phone as needed.
