The Production Supervisor will will collaboratively lead, plan and supervise our personnel across our manufacturing departments.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 5am-1:30pm (Must be able to work overtime and additional days when needed)
- Pay: $30/hour

Production Supervisor Job Description:
- Maintain production levels at the lowest possible cost by using your expertise in Flow and Lean Manufacturing principles and methods, tooling and manpower to achieve profitability.
- Ensure that operations are on an accurate and timely schedule and performed to proper specifications
- Maintain effective working relationships and communications with all departments.
- Operate within budget and contributes to the overall reduction of overhead and expenses.
- Comply with EEO and AAP goals as well as strive to have continued improvement on employee development.
- Collaboratively support Plant Production initiatives with inclusive strategizing with your team.
- Lead by example to promote employee engagement and teamwork.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in order to create products at the highest quality and that are in compliance with established specifications and in accordance with scheduled completion dates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of plant level Production Supervision experience or 2 year degree and 6 years minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer competence with Microsoft suite (word, excel, Power Point) and internet.
- High School Diploma or equivalent require
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, systems or controls is preferred but not required
