- Call Center experience
- • Required Metrics within the role (1st call Resolution, QA Percentage, etc): maintain at least a 95% answer rate.
- • Any Specific Software’s the Talent should have experience with: must have good computer skills, email, able to navigate multiple computer screens.
- • Education Requirement: High school, mechanical/electrical a plus
