Starting Hourly Pay and Available Schedules

• $18.00 to 21.00 DOE, working 6a to 4:30p Mon to Thu, OT schedule 5a to 5:30p Mon to Fri, may work Sat and/or Sun
• $21.00 to 24.00 DOE, working 4p to 2:30a Mon to Thu, OT schedule 5p to 5:30a Mon to Fri, may work Sat and/or Sun

Food or Pharma Grade Machine Operators Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety and GMP guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Routine maintenance checks
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
• Inspection of product and equipment
• Set up and operation of machinery

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 months technical or practical Food or Pharma Grade Machine Operator experience with any of these machines - Homogenizers, Mixers, Fillers, Package Machines, Granulators, Blister Packing Machines, Tablet Presses, Encapsulation Machines or Sterilizers
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math and troubleshooting ability
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Able to read ruler/tape measure
• Basic computers
• Steel or composite toe boots or footwear
• Don Full PPE like: Gown, Mask, Gloves and Beard Nets
