Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records, efficient replenishment, and minimal loss. This role supports operations by maintaining inventory integrity, analyzing trends, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages
• Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming inventory
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory management systems with accurate, timely data
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations on replenishment needs
• Track inventory movement, usage, and shrinkage
• Prepare inventory reports and forecasts for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
• Support warehouse organization and inventory storage standards

May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
