Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime & Weekends as Needed

Job Summary
A well-established logistics operation is seeking a reliable Material Handler/Forklift Operator to support parcel and warehouse functions. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities to meet daily operational demands while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, case picking, packing, and outbound shipping
• Load and unload labeled packages and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment (certification required/provided)
• Generate shipping labels and required documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and workplace procedures at all times
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet order and shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP a plus)
• Sit-down & stand-up forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
