Now Hiring Equipment Sanitation Warehouse Associate
6am-2:30pm, $20/hr
1:30pm-12:00am, $22/hr
Under direct supervision, you will assist with equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and general production support while following established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual equipment setup, teardown, and cleaning in manufacturing areas
- Support day-to-day production and facility readiness
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards across assigned work areas
- Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Properly use PPE and report safety concerns immediately
- Assist technicians and leads with routine manufacturing tasks
- Keep work areas “tour-ready” and compliant at all times
- Perform other general labor and production support duties as assigned

The Equipment Sanitation Warehouse Associate will support warehouse-style manufacturing operations in a clean, controlled environment at our Kansas City, MO facility. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and exceptional attention to detail.
While the work is similar to warehouse or production jobs, it is performed in a highly regulated setting where accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual setup, breakdown, and cleaning of production and manufacturing equipment
Follow step-by-step work instructions and standard procedures with a high level of accuracy
Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas at all times
Support daily production activities and material flow
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
Properly wear PPE and report safety or quality concerns immediately
Work closely with technicians and leads to ensure smooth operations
Complete repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Perform general labor and warehouse-style production support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or light industrial environments preferred
Experience working around heavy machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding, repetitive work throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions exactly
Comfortable working in a controlled, compliance-driven environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
Basic computer skills

Labor-intensive role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 80 lbs
Work in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and industrial equipment
High expectations for cleanliness, accuracy, and procedural compliance
