Location: East Side of El Paso TX

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Summary

The Company Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s financial information. This role plays a critical leadership function in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and process improvement, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the accounting department, including a team of approximately 12 staff members across multiple locations.
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements for U.S. and Mexican entities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Mexican fiscal/accounting regulations.
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Oversee tax filings and compliance in both the U.S. and Mexico, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing management with timely reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
