Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates
• Assign workloads and monitor productivity
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures
• Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with management to meet operational goals

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties as required
