Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing sales strategy, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching
- Analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends to improve effectiveness
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales processes
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
