Job Summary

The Customs Brokerage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily brokerage operations to ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations while delivering high-quality service to clients. This role leads and develops brokerage staff, manages customs filings, maintains regulatory compliance, and serves as a key point of contact for clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all customs brokerage operations, including import/export entries and documentation
• Ensure compliance with CBP regulations, FDA, USDA, EPA, and other Partner Government Agencies

• Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) required
• Minimum 5–8 years of customs brokerage experience, including supervisory or management roles
• Strong knowledge of HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, and trade compliance
• Experience working with ACE, ABI, and brokerage software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
