Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Driver to join our team. This position operates on a rotating 3-day on, 3-day off schedule with 12-hour shifts, offering built-in overtime-style hours and consistent days off. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working extended shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials as directed
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory movement
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• 3 days on / 3 days off (rotating schedule)
• Day and/or night shifts may be available

Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
