Job Opening: General Labor Production Line

We’re growing and looking for a Production Associate to join our roll-wrap team in New Albany. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and quality, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative production team. 

Day shift and Night shift opportunities

Additional testing, resume and interview required prior to placement. 

What You’ll Do

Support the operation and monitoring of roll-wrap production equipment

Maintain consistent product quality through visual inspections and adherence to standards

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Assist with routine equipment cleaning and upkeep

Respond to production issues with urgency and teamwork

Rotate through different production functions as needed

Document production activity and communicate concerns to leadership

What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read calipers and micrometers

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Noisy, fast-paced setting

Overtime availability as production demands
