Job Opening: RJO – Welder

We’re currently hiring Welders for our client in Sparks, NV. This role is responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld-finishing operations to manufacture products according to drawings and specifications.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Morning Shift Pay: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing tasks according to project requirements
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
• Ensure all products meet or exceed Thybar quality standards
• Maintain welding equipment and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of welding processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for the full shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
