Schedule:

2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm Monday-Friday + Overtime 3pm-1:30am + Saturdays 12pm-8:30pm 

Pay: $17.75/hr

The Pick/ Pack Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of order fulfillment tasks. This includes material handling, selection, verification, labeling, staging, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Select, identify, verify, package, label, and place products into shipping containers and/or load products for shipment.
• Compare picking/packing lists to customer documents to verify task accuracy.
• Recount product before shipment to ensure all orders are correct.
• Label and address products according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all products meet quality and accuracy standards before packing and shipping.
• Handle all products in accordance with customer and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and team members.

Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• RF scanner experience
• 6 months + Picking experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to use a manual pallet jack
• Comfortable reaching above head and shoulders throughout the shift
