Job Opening: Team Lead GEHC

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. 

Shift: 10am-7:30pm + OT as needed

·                    Make recommendations to improve operations and processes

·                    Operate material handling equipment

·                    Lead a team of Warehouse Associates

·                    Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe 

·                    Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment

·                    Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property

·                    Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program

·                    Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped

·                    Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations  

·                    Be available to work overtime and weekends
