Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Warehouse-Based)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. You will have a designated workstation while also supporting warehouse operations as needed.
Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until finished)
Responsibilities include:
Responding to client communications via phone and email
• Managing orders, inquiries, and complaints
• Resolving order discrepancies and delivery issues
• Verifying freight against documentation
• Counting, weighing, and labeling materials
• Providing general warehouse support
Requirements:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) A Plus
• Ability to stand 6–8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
