Resource MFG is looking for Evening/Overnight Warehouse Order Pickers in Warrendale,PA

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers / Selectors for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Overview

This role involves order picking and selection in a traditional warehouse setting (no conveyor belts). Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for 10–12 hours per day and have strong spatial awareness, as movement throughout the facility is constant. This is a cold storage food processing facility, so NO FOOD ALLERGIES

Schedule

Shift: Sunday–Friday (Saturday and one weekday off)
Hours: 5:30 PM until work is complete (typically 9–10 hours)
Flexibility: End times may vary based on order volume
Minimum: 8 hours per shift required
Shift Type: 3rd / Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay

$20.00/hr during temp period
Up to $31.00/hr upon hire based on performance and incentive pay

Equipment Used

Electric Riding pallet jack (required)
Stand-up reach truck (preferred; will be used if converted to permanent)

Work Environment

Cold and wet conditions at times
Candidate must be comfortable working in these conditions
Employer provides appropriate PPE for cold environment

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience required
Selection experience preferred; general warehouse experience considered
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs individually
Strong reliability and work ethic
Proven attendance history:
- At least 6 months with each employer over the past 2 years
- Proof of good attendance required
