Job Opening: Distribution Customer Service Representative
Description
The Distribution Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, order processing, shipping coordination, and administrative support. Works closely with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely service.
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2pm–10:30pm (OT as needed)
- Training on 1st shift for 1 week 6am–2:30pm M–F
- Location: Chino, CA 91710
- Pay: $26.50/hr

Key Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues.
- Process orders, create paperwork, BOLs, picking labels, and stock reports.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and special requests.
- Provide tracking info; maintain damage and back-order logs.
- Verify invoices and maintain organized order files.
- Manage high email volume and schedule containers in/out.
- Serve as liaison between warehouse, office, and customers.
- Maintain updated procedure manuals.

Mandatory Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency.

Basic typing and 10-key familiarity.

Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems.

Ability to work in varying facility conditions and extended/irregular hours.
