Quality Assurance (QA) Position OverviewQA team members work Monday through Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week. If there is no Saturday production, the day off will fall between Monday and Friday. The shift runs from 4:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.Primary Responsibilities (4:30 a.m.–6:15 a.m.)Report to the lab to complete pre-operational inspections of production equipment.Inspect an assigned section of equipment to ensure it is free of meat, fat, or debris following sanitation.Document and report any findings to sanitation staff so the equipment can be recleaned and reinspected before production begins.BreakA short break occurs before transitioning to the next assignment.Secondary Responsibilities (starting at 6:30 a.m.)Report to another department to assist with start-up tasks.Most support is needed in the Fiber department, where duties may include:Assembling boxes or creating box componentsApplying labelsAdditional support may be needed in Raw, such as helping assemble equipment and preparing for daily startup.
High attention to detail, able to work in a refrigerated environment, stand for duration of shift , work with raw meat
