Job Opening: SMT Operator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SMT Operator to join our Carson City manufacturing team. This role is essential to producing high-quality electronic assemblies and requires someone who is safety-minded, focused, and eager to learn. Training is provided, but strong engagement and pride in your work are key.

Applicants selected for interview based on their resume will be scheduled for an on-site tour.

Location: Carson City, NV Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Pay: $19.00/hr

What This Job Involves

• Staying aware of potential workplace hazards, including malfunctioning equipment, and reporting issues immediately to ensure a safe environment
• Operating SMT machines, including making machine adjustments and performing 1–3 tasks from feeder setup through SMT machine operation under direct supervision
• Ensuring the highest product quality and following all MPIs and SMT instructions
• Working closely with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality teams to produce top-quality assemblies
