Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri (OT as needed)

• Training: 1st Shift (6:00am–2:30pm) for 2 weeks prior

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to support daily warehouse functions and guide a high-performing team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role ensures workflow efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and loading operations
• Assign daily tasks and provide hands-on support, including MHE and forklift work
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and work instructions
• Communicate effectively with leadership, associates, and partners
• Maintain warehouse organization, product labeling, and inventory rotation
• Support inbound, outbound, and picking departments
• Lead and direct teams of 20+ associates
• Assist with issue resolution and process improvements

Requirements:

• HS diploma/GED
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and WMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk 10–12 hours, and work in variable conditions
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends/holidays as needed
• MHE experience or willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and strong customer service skills
