Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

ResourceMFG is now hiring a Customer Service Rep for a warehouse in Akron Ohio!

1st shift 8:00am- 4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Process customer orders, shipment requests, and inventory updates in the WMS
• Communicate daily with clients, carriers, and warehouse leadership to coordinate inbound and outbound activity
• Track shipments, schedule pickups/deliveries, and resolve exceptions or delays
• Maintain accurate documentation including BOLs, packing lists, receipts, and order confirmations
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and service issues
• Support warehouse operations by relaying priority orders, special instructions, and service requirements
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts or reconciliation
