Job Opening: Safety Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to lead, develop, and enforce workplace health and safety programs. The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations. This role plays a key part in reducing incidents, improving compliance, and protecting employees, equipment, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable safety regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
