Inventory Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Team Members to support warehouse operations in Petersburg, VA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is computer literate, reliable, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts
• Accurately track and record inventory using computer systems
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organized inventory locations and documentation
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Computer literate; comfortable working with inventory systems and basic software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Experience operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a warehouse environment

Preferred Skills:

• Previous inventory or cycle count experience
• Forklift, pallet jack, or other MHE experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
