Job Opening: Assembly Associate

We’re currently hiring an Assembly Associate for our client in Sparks, NV. This role is responsible for various curb, product assembly, and final assembly operations to manufacture products according to drawings and specifications.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM Pay: $18/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform curb, product, and final assembly tasks according to project requirements
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
• Ensure all products meet or exceed Thybar quality standards
• Maintain assembly equipment and report any issues
• Participate in continuous process improvement efforts
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for the full shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
