Job Opening: Air Logisitcs- customer service

Operational: Processing of MAWB consolidations, responsible for set trade-lanes encompassing all aspects of the ATA process. Preferably operational experience in the air freight industry including but not limited to prior experience with warehousing/ airline/ GHA/ freight forwarder Air Export Gateway operations.Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrityPrepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidationsInteract and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the regionArrange bookings with carriers; optimize cargo consolidationsEnsure timely processing and delivery to the airport; constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation processTrack & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customersMaintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirementsMeet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goalsResponsible for daily updating and monitoring of reporting tools
