Location: Fontana, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Pay: $18.50/hr

About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Heat Press Operator to join our clients production team. This position focuses on applying patches to hats using a heat press machine. The work requires precision, consistency, and the ability to stay focused on detailed, repetitive tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a heat press machine to apply patches onto hats

• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality

• Follow detailed instructions and production standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Stand for the entire shift and work at a steady, efficient pace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using a heat press or similar equipment is required

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work
