Job Opening: Gateway 3rd shift Line Lead

– Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations.- Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity.- Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner.-Ensures all productibity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed.- Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians.- Continuously checks product to ensure especified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line.- Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner.- Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues.- Communicates with forklift operator regarding reflenishment needs.- Ensures a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Prior experience working on a product line in a fast-paced environment.- Good leadership skills and ability to prioritize projects.- Attention to detail and quality control.- Ability tounderstand, enforce and follow company policies and procedures.- Ability to stand for entended periods of time.- Good prior attendance and punctuality record.
