Week 1: Monday / Thursday / Friday
Week 2: Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday / Sunday
Schedule repeats @ $20.50 per hour

Option B)

Sat, Sun, Mon 5a-3p @ $19.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced PIT Operators to support warehouse and production operations. This role requires strong forklift skills, accuracy with labeling and scanners, and a strong commitment to safety and attendance.

What You’ll Do

Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order pickers) to move materials and product
Label product and use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy
Load and unload trailers as needed
Perform inbound receiving processes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 7S standards
Follow quality and supply chain procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and safety

What You’ll Need

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Forklift/PIT experience required
Labeling and handheld scanner experience required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 75 lbs.
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication skills with peers and leadership
High school diploma or equivalent
