Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Summary
This hands-on role is responsible for the precise assembly of sauna units and the completion of general warehouse tasks that support daily operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
•     Assemble sauna products according to engineering drawings, routings, and blueprints.
•     Understand the setup, takedown, installation, and operation of sauna units.
•     Measure, align, and adjust components to exact specifications.
•     Clean, assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as required.
•     Install conduit, wiring, cabinets, and terminal connections.
•     Install brackets, lights, motors, and perform system testing.
•     Use hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, and ohm meters.
•     Test functional performance of assembled equipment and systems.
•     Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
•     Perform general warehouse duties to support smooth operations.
•     Receive, organize, and store inventory.
•     Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
•     Follow all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
•     Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Education and Experience
•     High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (6–12 months).
•     Previous experience in sauna assembly, equipment assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.
