Warehouse Lead in the 77028 AREA.

OT available. Sun-Fri Hours: NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE

Pay: $20 Per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: What You’ll Do

– Oversee daily warehouse operations, including Inbound/Outbound shipping, Scanning accuracy, Quality control.

– Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet performance and safety standards. – Train and mentor warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

– Maintain accurate staging records using our warehouse management system (WMS).

– Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

– Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. aging priorities.

Requirements:

*Proficiency with warehouse management systems WMS/YMS

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

*Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
