Now Hiring: Forklift Operators / Material Handlers Schedule: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off — 12-Hour Shifts Hours: 7:30AM–7:30PM or 7:30PM–7:30AM

ProLogistix is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced, productivity-driven distribution team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want steady hours, a predictable rotating schedule, and plenty of overtime potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials

• Handle loads safely while meeting productivity expectations

• Maintain accuracy and follow all safety procedures

• Support warehouse operations with general material handling tasks

• Use basic computer systems to track and update workflow

• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of verified forklift experience (sit-down required; clamp truck preferred but not required)

• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attendance history

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Solid communication and basic computer skills
