Job Opening: Maintenance Tech

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational efficiency, safety, and functionality of our facility, machinery, and equipment. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs across multiple systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
• Repair or replace defective components to restore functionality
• Complete general building repairs (lighting, fixtures, minor construction, etc.)
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Respond to and resolve emergency repair requests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Assist with installation of new equipment and system upgrades

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial environment
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights or weekends
