Distribution Customer Service Representative
Location: Chino, CA
Duration of assignment: temp to hire
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: M–F 7am-3:30pm + Overtime
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support distribution operations. This role handles customer inquiries, processes orders, prepares shipping documents, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and order questions
• Process customer orders and verify product availability
• Prepare paperwork for shipments and work orders
• Coordinate last-minute shipping needs with Operations/Traffic
• Verify invoices and maintain order files
• Provide shipment tracking and maintain damage/back-order logs
• Communicate customer feedback to management
• Serve as liaison between warehouse, office, and customers
Requirements:
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, typing, 10-key)
• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in varying facility conditions and extended hours as needed
