Material Planner

We are seeking an experienced Material Planner with mandatory supply chain experience and strong SAP knowledge to manage end-to-end inventory planning. This role ensures efficient material flow from purchase requisition through customer delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end inventory planning, including Sales in Excess of invoicing
• Define inventory policies based on product segmentation
• Maintain SAP parameters including safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, and replenishment strategies
• Analyze shortages, notify Purchasing, and resolve system alerts
• Adjust SAP settings to improve planning accuracy
• Collaborate with buyers to improve supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, MOQ, lead time, flexibility)
• Support inventory accuracy, control, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain
• Required SAP MM/PP experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in inventory management and control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and Power Query preferred
