Production Support Associate (Packaging) – 3rd shift Available Shifts: 3rd (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)We are seeking reliable Production Support Associates to assist with packaging and quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Inspect products prior to packaging to ensure quality standards are metPackage products correctly and place finished goods into appropriate boxesStack boxed products onto pallets using proper palletizing methods per specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work areaSafely operate sealing equipment and use utility knives as neededFollow all product specifications, quality standards, and formation guidelinesReport any defects, issues, or safety concerns immediately to leadershipPerform additional duties as assigned by line leaders or supervisorsAdhere to all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense protocolsEnsure quality workmanship to produce safe, high-quality productsRequirements:Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow safety and food handling regulationsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsPrior manufacturing or food production experience preferred
