Machine Operator – 3rd Shift AvailableWe are seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.Responsibilities:Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficientlyLoad and unload paper materials for each jobMonitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairsPerform daily safety and compliance checksEnsure machines consistently produce high-quality productsTroubleshoot issues and correct defects promptlyMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areasReport equipment or production issues to leadership immediatelyFollow company policies, safety procedures, and LOTO requirementsAdhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standardsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb laddersMust provide own tools (per required list)Wear hard-soled leather work boots covering foot and ankleStrong communication skills and quality focusManufacturing experience preferred
