Janitor II – Carson City, NV

Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Position Overview

As a Janitor II, you’ll support facility cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Job Duties

• Facility cleaning — sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor care
• Restroom sanitation — cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Trash and recycling removal — emptying bins and transporting waste to designated areas
• Equipment cleaning — wiping down machinery, workstations, and shared surfaces
• Inventory of cleaning supplies — monitoring stock levels and reporting needs
• Light maintenance tasks — replacing bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting facility issues
• Compliance with safety procedures — following all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
