Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck/order picker) to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products/materials
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

• Minimum [6 months – 1 year] experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck preferred)
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and inventory skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
