Description
Primary Responsibilities include: Monitoring and responding to for client communications in a timely manner. Managing client orders, general inquiries, and complaints via phone and email. Investigating and resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues, and service requests using our web-based operations system.Identifying root causes of client concerns and communicating appropriate resolutions.Verifying that physical freight aligns with supporting documentation.Counting, weighing, and documenting materials handled.Printing and applying identifying tags or labels to materials as required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and maintain balance.Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally exceed 40 pounds.Dress Code Requirements: Steel-toe boots are required.Jeans or khaki pants are required.Spaghetti-strap tops and low-cut shirts are not permitted
