We’re currently hiring an experienced Dock Worker for a busy distribution environment in Reno. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and long-term potential.

?Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm Pay: $23.50/hr | Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

As a Dock Worker, you’ll support daily warehouse and freight operations, ensuring shipments are loaded, unloaded, and processed safely and efficiently.

Key Job Duties

• Freight loading and unloading — moving inbound and outbound shipments using pallet jacks.
• Palletizing and staging — organizing freight for transport and verifying load accuracy
• Scanning and documentation — using RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Dock organization — maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dock area
• Material handling — lifting, stacking, and securing freight
• Safety compliance — following all warehouse and OSHA safety procedures
